Review of The Best MMA Training Programs Available

Below I have listed only the mma workout routines and programs that are worth reviewing. Chances are, if it isn't listed here, it just simply didn't make the cut, with the exception of programs that are marketed well, but don't deliver, in which I have taken the time to let you know of such programs.

The reason for this is that we don't want to review and recommend mma workout routines, products, or services that simply aren't worth what you pay for them. There are a lot of so called "experts" out there who claim to know what they are talking about, when in reality, it's just a bunch of b.s.

If you are a fan of my Facebook fan page "MMA Training - The MMA Trainer", You know that I am dedicated to providing you with only quality and useful information, and the same applies here.

With that said, read below with the confidence and unbiased opinion of several views from REAL people (and a team of MMA strength and conditioning trainers) who actually physically put each mma workout routine to the test!

Eric Wong presents probably the clearest and most complete laid out program for mixed-martial artists and fighters when it comes to strength and conditioning. Right from Chapter 1 when Eric busts myths and explains an overview of the what, why, and how of mma strength and conditioning you know he knows what he is talking about; not to mention his impressive list of certificates, including Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and that fact that he is the strength conditioning coach for UFC Submission of the Week winner Claude Patrick, as well as UFC veteran Jeff Joslin.

One of the greatest things about Eric's program is how complete it is. He covers everything from goal setting, to training and recovery, warm-ups, the types of flexibility, strength and power training, conditioning, 8, 12, and 16 week programs, tracking progress, pictures, videos, audio, and much, much more all in very great detail and laid out for anyone to easily understand and apply.

Eric truly understands the physical needs of mma fighters. He not only explains strength, conditioning, flexibility, etc, in general specifics to mma, but he also includes "assessment tests" so that each reader can truly customize the mma workout routine to fit their exact needs!
The fact that Eric really understands that each person is unique, has different strengths and weaknesses, and requires a program that is tailored to their specific needs is what set's Eric's program apart from the rest.

Another thing I like about Eric's program is that he does a fantastic job helping the reader understand the main points that should be remembered and applied. It is very easy for beginners or mma fighters who know the technique in fighting but nothing in terms of proper strength and conditioning to drown in the plethora of information that is to be learned.

Eric breaks it down very well and helps the reader understand what the main points to remember are. Of course, the actual program itself is designed with all these principles and methods in mind and if readers don't necessarily want to learn the information all they have to do is work the program and they will get phenomenal results.

With all the information and applicable techniques and exercises to better strengthen, condition, and overall prepare mma fighters to reach optimal levels physically in regards to mma, not to mention the actual program itself, you are getting MORE then your money's worth, and Eric's book should be in the library of every mixed martial artist.

Noticeable Bonuses

Nutrition-itsu
Eric takes a unique and powerful approach by teaching mma fighters to treat nutrition as a form of martial art – one that takes time, patience, and practice to master but will bring fighters strong bodies, energy, desired fat levels, and optimal health.
The in-depth detail on knowing AND applying feeding your body the right foods and when for optimal performance is astounding. He breaks down A through Z everything you need to know and HOW to apply it and conquer the many challenges 90% of people have with maintaining a proper daily meal plan such as what to eat, when and how often to eat, how to save money when shopping, and he even virtually walks you through the grocery store. Also included is a quick start guide with sample meal plans for several different training time scenarios.

No-Sweat Weight Cutting
One of the greatest reports on cutting weight effectively and without putting any danger to your health. Eric outlines a step by step process day by day down to every calorie you consume. This is an absolute MUST for mma fighters who are looking for the most effective and safest way to cut weight without physically draining themselves.

Secrets of the Mental Game for MMA Fighters
An exclusive interview with Brian Cain, Director of Brian Cain of Peak Performance and one of the top peak performance coaches that has worked with UFC stars such as Georges St. Pierre, Rich Franklin, Keith Jardine, and many more. Covers very insightful and expert information on the mental game for top MMA fighters.

Summary

In short, Eric Wong's Ultimate MMA Strength and Conditioning is by far the most dominate mma workout program on the market and absolutely the best value. There really isn't one that competes with it on this level yet. The program is complete, and you literally have all the information you can possibly need and MORE to reach optimal physical strength and conditioning as a mma fighter.

Mixed martial arts is still a rising sport that has just barely touched the surface. The strength and conditioning side of it is even more at its beginning stages. More and more mixed martial artists are beginning to realize the vital importance of strength and conditioning side of mma. I truly believe that Eric Wong's mma workout routine holds secrets to future of mma fighters that have yet to be revealed to the mainstream.
