Hi, my name is Mike and I am 24 years old and have a strong desire to learn and master Muay Thai kickboxing. I am 6'3" and weigh 213lb. what would be a good workout and diet/food plan for me?
I'm 16 and my parents only let me go to gym once, and so I designed my own training plan at home. This includes sparring, Rolling with my brother but the problem is when we spar we become so competitive an angry we end up really fighting. Any tips whether we can replace sparring? Or can we decrease anger during sparring? Any types o sparring that are less competitive? Any suggestions welcome
