I'm 16 and my parents only let me go to gym once, and so I designed my own training plan at home. This includes sparring, Rolling with my brother but the problem is when we spar we become so competitive an angry we end up really fighting. Any tips whether we can replace sparring? Or can we decrease anger during sparring? Any types o sparring that are less competitive?
