Eric,

When I first started your program, I had just over eight weeks until a scheduled fight. I am in the second phase of training and I feel absolutely great. I'm 33 years old, so it takes a little more time to heal than most of my opponents.


Until I discovered your program, I felt like I was missing out by not being able to go all-out 6 days a week. Thanks to your program, I have discovered that less is more.

I can train my strength/ MMA conditioning 2-3 days a week, and still be strong enough to train MMA-specific any time I get the chance. 


I have made super gains in endurance (thanks to your Crazy 8"s routine) as well as flexibility, speed, and explosiveness, and I'm not even halfway through the 8 week cycle yet! My thanks is not often or easily given, but I thank you sincerely for getting me on the right track to achieve my goals, instead of wandering aimlessly through the wilderness of "this is the one" programs that are out there.

Nutrition-itsu is absolutely incredible in its simplicity. I have worked for so long to find that balance between having energy and lowering my BMI. You're the first guy I've run across who knows this stuff and doesn't talk like a doctor when you're explaining it; so again....Thank You.

I'm a pretty small fish in a big pond so far (8 fights in 18 months) but I now have the confidence that comes with a belief in how I train, so hopefully one day when I'm getting my hand raised under the big lights, I'll get a chance to thank you publicly. Having completed Eric's 17 week programme, I can safely say that I am in the best shape that I have ever been. In other programmes, I only ever developed one aspect of fitness, but with Eric's periodised approach I have developed a well balanced body and improved my strength, power and cardio.

Furthermore, I have not needed to train more than 2-3 times a week, I have not recieved any injuries and most importantly, I have not felt too tired/sore for when I hit my technical training.

I've been doing the program since I got it and it's working. I was really surprised because I've probably tried a 1000 other sites that promised the same thing. BUT every one of their workouts failed!

I gotta admit I had given up hope and decided I should just stop trying. I mean one of the other workout programs I had tried left me with an injury, which totally sucked and kept me from working out for 3 weeks.

Basically Eric thank you for showing me that getting a lean, powerful body isn't about the latest excercise machine or 2 hours a day in the gym. It's about making your body train so that it helps in the only place that matters: the ring.

Hey Eric, how is it going? I finished up the workout in the strength and conditioning program. I did not complete the 4 weeks in the corrective phase. 

My overall fitness did improve drastically. There was significant improvements in my bench press and deadlifts.

I really enjoyed doing the nrg system also. I managed to complete 5 sets with a minute break. I am taking a few weeks off the energy system. I have started the new program (crazy eights), great workout.

The program is going great. I can tell a significant difference in my physique and my stamina has improved greatly during my sparring and rolling sessions.


I actually realized that before your program I was doing too much, and now I have more time to concentrate on perfecting my technique.

The program was well worth the money. Anyone looking to enhance their training would be crazy not to invest in this program.

Hi Eric, its going well, I have always felt stong in what I do but since training on the program and following the advice given on the nutrition my coach has noticed a difference in my sharpness and power, I have always had good rotational strength with all the work I have done with kettlebells as well as a fairly good base conditioning, but training in a way that I have never done before has had a real good physical and psycholigical effect on me.

Normally my sessions dont last that long but are normally super charged and were performed 5 days per week, but with the twice a week strength training I do it early in the day and then perform a good striking session later on in the day and the same goes for grappling.

I am finding the recovery in betwen the sessions really good and it has made all my sessions productive, at first I felt guilty for having 2 days off in between conditioning sessions, but I soon got over that, just the other day I sparred with an old training partner of mine and we used to roll when I was walking around at 87kg, now after following your guidelines I'm walking around at 79/80kg his response after sparring with me was that he cant believe how strong I am for my weight and that I more than out match anyone he has rolled with :)

Just a few lines about t program. Well,,,first, I ve gotta the feeling I ve finaly understood wot I woz doing wrong after all those years of conditioning etc,,,,I m on my fourth week of corrective exercises and feeling just great mate ,,absolutely luv the exercises with BW truly excellent,,(whish there could be more of those),I ve also worked on yer NRG drills and my level of energy has skyrocketted I mean,,, absolutely luv yer program,,'tis really useful ta c everything split apart the way ya did,,.ie corrective ,,basic,,strenght etc,,like ya know most of the time we work a bit of everything and nothing at the same time I m sure ya know I mean but following a structured program does make t difference,,

Also ya know (British) 42 yrs old I live in Japan(wife s JP) where I ve been practising Kickboxing for 7 years. I have been competing ( amateur) for 2 years and had 6 fights so far. On those 6 fights I ve only won twice, lost two by TKO one by knocked down and one on decision. I luv competing in kickboxing in JP it s just great,,Now i ve gotta tell ya I see from only my left eye having lost sight on my right eye when i woz 15 yrs old. Hang on ! i can see ya getting all puzzled maybe a bit confused but don t get me wrong I won t do it if it weren t safe we all wear safe headgear shin protectors etc,Plus ya know I ain T gonna make a career out of it.

just a few lines again,,,well as it happens I went to my gym today and worked the pads with my Thai coach and lemme tell ya the energy stamina and the whole shebang there were all there ,,worked the pads 2 rounds of three minutes at 100 % capacity and wasn t even out of breath nor tired ,,this NRG thang is just wot I needed,,however,If I do follow wot ya say it s better ta stop after the 4th week of NRG training and take a similar number of week rest,,isn t it?

As I am 40 years old with quite some job and family obligations I am currently not participating in tournaments any more but was looking for a sensible approach to augment my 3-4 weekly MA trainings (Krav Maga, Luta Livre) with S&C in a manageable way.

And your approach helped a lot in getting my head straight in this regard. I still want to progress in training and keep up with the young “bucks” in Luta Livre sparring. This is a grappling art that I started to train in a few weeks ago and fascinates me a lot!

So thanks again for taking the time to write me. I feel that your product really helps me and that there is lots of useful stuff in it for me!
